Terms of Service

Thank you for visiting our website. This document is our Terms of Service (i.e., “Agreement”) for our Company’s website. It is a legally binding contract between High Class Cleaning LLC, visitors, users, and customers. If you do not agree with these terms or are under the age of eighteen, we ask that you do not use, access this website, or reserve services through our Company.


We reserve the right to amend or change our Terms of Service at any time, and by your continued use of our website and services, you agree to these provisions. Our Privacy Policy is separate from this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, High Class Cleaning LLC may also mean “We,” “Us,” or “Our.” And Customer or Client may also mean “You” or “Your.”


High Class Cleaning LLC is not the employer of the house cleaner referred to you. We refer highly vetted cleaners in the area to our customers.



Cleaning Services

High Class Cleaning LLC provides professional, residential, and other cleaning services.


When scheduling online, you will be prompted to provide your contact information and select a specific cleaning service. We will also need to know the size of the premises to be cleaned, the number of bathrooms, and perhaps other details. Keep in mind that all bookings will always have a one-to-two (1-2) hour arrival window due to unexpected delays or force majeure events. Rate increases or changes will be posted on our website, and/or customers will be notified via email.



Scheduling and Confirmation

Confirmation: Booking a cleaning service online does not automatically guarantee an appointment for that day and time. Scheduling conflicts may occur. One of our representatives will contact you by email or phone with a confirmation for your appointment.


To keep prices low and avoid trip fees, we schedule our cleanings in an order that minimizes driving time. If you need a specific time, we will do our best to meet your needs but cannot make guarantees.

The Customer is expected to be on-premises at the time of our representative’s arrival unless previous arrangements have been made with a security code or key. If the Customer is unavailable and our representative is locked out, you understand and agree that a $100.00 lockout fee will be incurred.


Appointment Window: Our Company permits a one-to-two-hour arrival window due to unforeseen events (e.g., traffic, weather). If our representative is running behind schedule, we will notify you via phone call or text.



Payment

Payment for services can be made via credit or debit card through the Client portal on the website or via phone call. Our Company accepts all major credit and debit cards. We reserve the right to collect and retain your credit/debit card information for payment of cleaning services rendered. Your card will not be charged until after the scheduled cleaning has been performed.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds since our business is built on providing the highest quality service possible. If you are unhappy with your completed scheduled cleaning, please call or email us within 24 hours of the event, and we will correct the error at no additional charge.



Right to Refuse Service

Our Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time to protect our Company, subcontractors, and agents. Representatives and agents are prohibited from working on premises with weapons, extreme clutter, disconnected utilities, or aggressive pets.



Cancellations

24-Hour Notice: A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment to avoid a $100.00 cancellation fee. Notice must be provided via email or phone call.


Lockouts: If representatives cannot gain entrance to the property upon arrival, are turned away at the door, or are refused entrance without notice, a $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file.



Security and Alarms

Access: By scheduling a cleaning service, you grant access to your home or premises.

Security Systems: If your home has a security system, notify us in advance with instructions and a code to operate it.

Keys: High Class Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damages or theft if the client chooses to leave a door open or a key in an unsecured location.



Limited Liability

We are not liable for damages caused by regular wear and tear, improper installation of items, or the Customer’s cleaning products and materials.



Non-Solicitation

You agree not to solicit any employee, agent, or independent contractor of High Class Cleaning LLC during the term of this Agreement and for one year after its termination.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
